The two-storey, 914-square-meter site required extensive renovations to align with Trejo’s vision of vibrant and welcoming interiors. Brookcraft Construction executed a full refurbishment of the restaurant, showcasing expertise in the construction of restaurants and pubs. • Electrical Wiring: We replaced and upgraded the property’s electrical systems to meet modern safety standards and support the professional kitchen equipment.
• Partition Walls & Insulated Plasterboard: To optimize space utilization, we installed new partitions and insulated plasterboards, ensuring energy efficiency and soundproofing.
• Kitchen Renovation: A critical aspect of the project, the kitchen was transformed into a state-of-the-art facility with the installation of professional-grade equipment, enabling seamless operations for the culinary team.
• Spray Paint Finishes: Walls and ceilings received a flawless spray paint finish, enhanced by vibrant coloured inserts at the base of the walls, adding a distinctive aesthetic.
• Windows & Bar Restoration: The restaurant’s windows were restored and painted, preserving their charm, while the wooden bar was refreshed with decorative tiles for a contemporary flair.
• Bespoke Furniture & Green Niches: A standout feature of the project was the design and installation of custom furniture and specially crafted niches for plant displays, adding warmth and life to the interiors.
