London property refurbishment – Regency Terrace project

Contemporary design, artistic charm and modern functionality converge in this recently renovated home in West London. We were lucky to work with a highly professional and talented team, Fabrica Architecture Studio, established on the principle of merging together craft, strategy, and high-quality design.

We were entrusted with the full refurbishment of the property and reconfiguration of the rooms. Our team installed new partitions and insulated plasterboard to all external walls; completely replaced the electrical wiring of the house, new water-based underfloor heating throughout, with electric underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Installation of a new Vaillant system boiler and Megaflo Eco provides an exceptional high-level comfort and hot water performance.

User-friendly air temperature control (Nest thermostats) are provided on each floor and air conditioning in all rooms. The master bathroom was fitted with sanitaryware from C.P. Hart, which is recognized as the UK’s leading source of bathroom inspiration with over 80 years of experience in design.

All walls and ceilings have a uniform texture and a single solid colour thanks to the spray paint application that provides a silk-smooth finish. With respect for the principles of sustainability and smart use of natural resources, the new stairs were clad with unfinished engineered timber floors and covered with high-quality ecological varnish.

New wooden double-glazed sash windows, bespoke oak veneer doorsets and Crittall steel-glass doors give the space an elegant contemporary look. All fitted joinery and the kitchen was done by our partner b.cabinetry ltd.

It is also worth noting the installation of the armoured front door, and high-quality sliding door systems by Portman. Minimalist light switches and sockets by Dowsing & Reynolds in combination with plastered-in Astro lamps give of a refined finishing look and form beautifully coordinating spaces.
